Cilantro Chutney

If you don't already have a chopper, this is a reason to get one so you don't have to go on wasting your leftover cilantro.

  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper (1 1/2 oz flesh with seeds, pith removed)
  • 1/2 lime juice (1 1/2 tblsp)
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Cut off the bottom ends of the cilantro. Jam everything into a chopper and puree. Keeps for a reasonable time in the fridge.
