- 1 tblsp curry powder
- 1 head cauliflower broken up
- 1 cup whole milk mozz
- dash cayenne powder
- 1 tsp salt
- Italian breadcrumbs
Mix ingredients except breadcrumbs from small to large quantities, in a large bowl.
Spread onto half-sheet. Try to sprinkle cheese over top, not let it sit in pan. Top with sprinkle of breadcrumbs. Cook at 400 for 35-40 min.
Potato Variant
Add a russet potato cut into small cubes (if they're too large, prob won't cook thoroughly)
- 2 oz olive oil (1 extra)
- Cheese is mostly shreddar for reasons of availability--a bit extra
