Curried Lemon Garlic Chicken
For 1 whole cut-up chicken.
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 1/2 tsp crushed garlic (3-4 large cloves)
- 3/4 tsp curry powder
- 3/4 cup white wine
- Salt + Pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Mix ingredients. Arrange chicken parts in a large bowl, cover with marinade and baste periodically over the course of 2 hours or however much time you have.
