Tatbeeleh

From Rancho Gordo Bean Club News 1Q2024.

Ingredients

  • 2 Jalapenos, seeds and membranes removed, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup minced Italian parsley
  • 1/2 tsp table salt* 4tsp olive oil

Mix well, tha't all!
