Yogurt Green Sauce

Adapted from Rancho Gordo Bean Club News 1Q2024.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups 5% yogurt
  • Cilantro without stems
  • Lime juice, 1 lime
  • Salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery minced

Procedure

  1. Puree yogurt, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice salt and garlic in a chopper
  2. Stir in scallions and celery
  3. Leave in fridge at least overnight
