Simple Meatballs
- 1 lb ground beef (80% lean)
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- Thyme
- Salt & Pepper
Mix ingredients, form into balls more or less the size of golf balls. Fry in hot oil until browned, then immerse in tomato sauce and simmer for 4+ hours.
