Pasta Sauce
- Two cans crushed tomatoes
- Oregano
- Dry basil
- Garlic
- Medium onion (chopped finely)
- Olive oil
- 1 tin anchovies
- Bay Leaf
- Red wine
- Ground black pepper
- Brown onions in olive oil (over stove, at 6 or 7)
- When onions almost done, turn stove down to 4 and add garlic
- when garlic is almost done, add other ingredients, starting with crushed tomatoes
- simmer under spatter guard
