==Curried Lemon Garlic Chicken==
For 1 whole cut-up chicken.
* Juice of 1 lemon
* 1 1/2 tsp crushed garlic (3-4 large cloves)
* 3/4 tsp curry powder
* 3/4 cup white wine
* Salt + Pepper to taste
* 2 tbsp olive oil
Mix ingredients. Arrange chicken parts in a large bowl, cover with marinade and baste periodically over the course of 2 hours or however much time you have.
