Last weekend it was my great privilege and honour to help run the biggest Scrabble® ; tournament ever held in Canada, presented by Jason Broersma and Sue Tremblay and co-hosted by the ever-competent and highly personable Kieran O'Connor. I don't need to tout the details here but I will say that this really was a fantastic event and everyone serious about the game should plan on attending when it comes back around again.
People will be talking about this one for a long time to come. I had a great time but it was a lot of work and I look forward to giving more attention to events in my own back yard in the months and years to come.
